Our Company
INZAG Germany GmbH is a construction company headquartered in Wiesbaden, Germany, and founded in 2011 by one of the largest Latin American private corporate groups.
Our Purpose and Services
INZAG´s main purpose is to contribute to the economic and social development of African countries through the development of projects in the fields of logistics, water infrastructure, energy, mining and industrial plants, as follows:
- Logistics: highways, railways, airports and ports;
- Water infrastructure: drinking water treatment plant and distribution systems, wastewater treatment and disposal;
- Energy: generation, transmission and distribution;
- Mining: ferrous and non-ferrous processing plants;
- Industrial plants: Chemical and petrochemical plants, and general utilities.
Our Future
We aim to consolidate our position as the leading German construction company with focus on Africa.
Our history
In 1948, three young engineers – brothers Gabriel and Roberto Andrade and their friend Flávio Gutierrez
– founded the Andrade Gutierrez construction company in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

In 1988, the Portuguese company Zagope is taken over by the Brazilian group Andrade Gutierrez S.A. and
begins to diversify the type of projects it develops, such as subways, airports, tunnels, etc.

2005 Zagope begins to plan and implement its first projects in Africa.

2011 INZAG Germany GmbH is founded with the aim of carrying out projects in countries that are in the
process of reconstruction and economic upswing, but whose infrastructure still has significant
deficiencies.

– In 2018 the branch office in Angola, INZAG Germany GmbH Sucursal Angola, is established.
– 2018 the branch in Ghana, the INZAG Germany GmbH Branch Ghana, is established.

INZAG benefits from the experience of Andrade Gutierrez, with over 930 successfully completed construction contracts in a wide range of market segments and 70 years of project experience worldwide – 30 years of which in Africa alone.

Promoting ethics is the fundamental development of these principles and this is what has brought us here over more than 68 years of operation. On that basis, the Code of Ethics and Conduct was created for all collaborators and partners to move forward together and accordant. Therefore, its mechanisms show that we wish to attract Clients not only by means of our technical skills, but mainly because of our ethical values. Whistleblower Channel
INZAG provides a whistleblowing hotline for internal and external stakeholders.
Any person can report actions that violate the guidelines of our Code of Ethics and Conduct, as well as other applicable policies, regulations and laws.
The service is available online and is operated by an external, specialized and independent company that guarantees transparency and anonymity, if the reporting person so wishes.
The report can also be made in person, upon contact by the reporting party via email: complianceinzag@inzag.de
INZAG guarantees that the whistleblower who raises his concerns or reports in good faith will not be subject to reprisals or sanctions.
