Your responsibilities:
- Preparing, in collaboration with area/project work Managers, the necessary documentation, such as the QMP, ITP/ MMP, Work Instructions;
- Collaborating in the ongoing assessment of the QMS, together with other managers responsible for the implementation and improvement of the system;
- Disseminating working instructions and other QMS documents, as well as their amendments, and checking their correct application;
- Participating in internal quality audits, work assessments, follow-up visits and in the implementation of corrective, preventive and improvement measures, resulting therefrom.

Your responsibilities:
- Providing support, from an administrative-logistical point of view, in the areas of Human Resources, Administrative Support, Financial Support and Procurement;
- Budgeting the expenses under the responsibility of the department, periodically checking the budget deviations and implementing the respective corrective actions;
